Dealing Manager: FX & International Payments

As part of continued growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Dealing Manager to play a pivotal role in leading an established dealing function while driving growth across an existing portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 FX dealers.
- Drive revenue growth from an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
- Build stronger client relationships and identify new opportunities across accounts.
- Support the dealing desk with complex client requirements and strategic FX solutions.
- Maintain exceptional standards of service and market expertise.
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to wider business growth objectives.
- Help shape the future performance and culture of the dealing team.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience within FX and international payments.
- Proven success in a senior dealing role.
- Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring or managing teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing relationships and maximise opportunity.
- Deep understanding of FX products, risk management, and corporate client needs.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Credibility and confidence when working with senior stakeholders and high value clients.
