As part of continued growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Dealing Manager to play a pivotal role in leading an established dealing function while driving growth across an existing portfolio of clients. The Opportunity
This role will suit a high calibre dealing professional with 5 to 10 years of experience within FX and international payments, someone who understands both the commercial and leadership side of the market.
You will take ownership of growing revenue from an existing client base while leading and mentoring a team of 5 dealers. This is not purely a management role. We are looking for someone commercially minded who can identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, and support the continued performance and development of the dealing team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and have a real opportunity to make a measurable impact on the growth of the business.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 FX dealers
- Drive revenue growth from an existing portfolio of corporate clients
- Build stronger client relationships and identify new opportunities across accounts
- Support the dealing desk with complex client requirements and strategic FX solutions
- Maintain exceptional standards of service and market expertise
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to wider business growth objectives
- Help shape the future performance and culture of the dealing team
What We Are Looking For
- 5 to 10 years of experience within FX and international payments
- Proven success in a senior dealing role
- Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring or managing teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing relationships and maximise opportunity
- Deep understanding of FX products, risk management, and corporate client needs
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Credibility and confidence when working with senior stakeholders and high value clients
