This is not a standard Business Development role. The successful individual will play a key role in building and developing a desk powered by intelligent, AI driven FX hedging technology, helping clients simplify risk management and protect against currency volatility. For the right person, there is a highly realistic pathway into a Head of Desk position within 2 years.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an elite level Business Development Manager from the FX and international payments sector who thrives in a 360 role. This position requires someone who can both win business and manage relationships, becoming a trusted partner to clients navigating complex international payment and FX challenges.

You will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a portfolio of clients while working closely with senior industry professionals to establish and grow your own desk. This role is suited to someone who wants more than just another sales position. Key Responsibilities
