Customer Service Advisors - Day or Evening Shifts - Hybrid Working

We are inviting expressions of interest for temporary-to-permanent Customer Service Advisor roles starting in September.

Our client is a fast‑growing financial services organisation offering excellent career development and full training.

You will be equipped with everything you need to deliver exceptional customer experiences and become part of a business that genuinely cares for, supports, and values its people.

Duties will include

  • Be the first point of contact for customers regarding any account or payment queries by phone, email and chat
  • Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues escalating where necessary
  • Collaborate with your team mates to ensure customer calls are answered at super speed and no one is left hanging on a call
  • Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help and more consideration
  • Put your detective hat on and be on the look out for any fraudulent transactions or activity

Essential skills and experience

  • A positive attitude and common sense is key for this role as well as experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service.
  • You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going beyond for customers.
  • Be adaptable, a quick leaner and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business.

There is a shift pattern involving day or evening shifts with occasional weekend work.

Whilst there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the central Southampton office.
