Part Time, Evening Customer Service Advisors required for a dynamic organisation who are growing quickly and offering excellent career development opportunities. You will be given full training and tools to carry out your role to a very high standard delivering an outstanding customer experience. 30 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 5pm - 01.30 am on a rota basis (12 shifts over 3 weeks) 25 Hours per week - Shifts: 5x 5 hour Shifts: Starting at 5pm / 6pm or 7pm on a rota basis. Hybrid working after 2 weeks of office based training. Salary £26,500 + benefits (pro rata).
Duties will include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers regarding banking or payment queries by phone, email, chat and social media.
- Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with your team mates to ensure customer calls are answered at super speed and no one is left hanging on a call.
- Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help and more consideration.
- Get your detective hat on and be on the look out for any fraudulent transactions or activity.
Essential skills and experience:
- A positive attitude and common sense are key for this role as well as experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service.
- You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going beyond for customers.
- Be adaptable, a quick learner and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business.
- Whilst there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the office and be able to complete 2 weeks of office based training.
