Duties will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive broker engagement strategy that supports business objectives and revenue growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of specialist broker relationship managers / account managers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, 121s and performance reviews.
- Build productive and long-term relationships with small, mid-sized and large UK brokers.
- Serve as a key contact for top-tier clients to ensure the highest level of service is being received and optimal use of the product is being maintained.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Seek and translate client feedback to maximise proposition development.
- Foster and develop a client-centric, high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Work closely with wider teams to ensure business growth goals are met and exceeded.
- Utilise expert insurance industry knowledge and commercial acumen to develop a wide client network.
Essential experience includes:
- Extensive experience in / supplying to the commercial insurance industry, working in relationship management / business development / sales.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong and effective leadership, training and coaching skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to quickly developing business priorities and commitments.
