Part Time, Evening Customer Service Advisors required for a dynamic organisation who are growing quickly and offering amazing career development opportunities. You will be given full training and tools to carry out your role to a very high standard delivering an outstanding customer experience.   • Part Time Roles – 25 Hours Per Week
  • Salary pro rata / 25 hours per week: £17,666.00 + Benefits
  • 5x 5 hour Shifts: Starting at 5pm / 6pm or 7pm on a rota basis
  • Hybrid working after office based training / 2 shifts in the office per month

Duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers regarding banking or payment queries by phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues escalating where necessary
  • Collaborate with your team mates to ensure customer calls are answered at super speed and no one is left hanging on a call
  • Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help and more consideration
  • Get you detective hat on and be on the look out for any fraudulent transactions or activity

Essential skills and experience:

  • A positive attitude and common sense are key for this role as well as experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service.
  • You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going beyond for customers
  • Be adaptable, a quick leaner and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business.

Whilst there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the office and be able to complete 6 weeks of office based training:

Weeks 1-2 Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30 training in office

Weeks 3-6 Monday – Friday 17:00 – 22:00 academy in office

Successful job offers will be dependent on employment, credit and criminal history checks. Due to the urgency of the role and the nature of the background checks required, applicants must have lived in the UK since October 2020.
