Part Time, Evening Customer Service Advisors required for a dynamic organisation who are growing quickly and offering excellent career development opportunities. You will be given full training and tools to carry out your role to a very high standard delivering an outstanding customer experience. 25 Hours per week - Shifts: 5x 5 hour Shifts: Starting at 5pm / 6pm or 7pm on a rota basis Mon - Sun. Hybrid working after 6 weeks of office based training. Salary £26,500 + benefits (pro rata = £17666).
Duties will include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers regarding banking queries by phone, email, chat and social media.
- Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with your team mates to ensure customer calls are answered at super speed and no one is left hanging on a call.
- Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help and more consideration.
Essential skills and experience:
- A positive attitude and common sense are key for this role as well as experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service.
- You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going beyond for customers.
- Be adaptable, a quick learner and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business.
Whilst there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the office and be able to complete 6 weeks of office (Cardiff) based training. Successful job offers will be dependent on employment, credit and criminal history checks. Credit checks must be free from CCJs, IVAs, DMPs, DMAs or any involvement in bankruptcy in the last 5 years. On this occasion, due to the urgent nature of this role and background checking requirements, applicants must have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years.
