Our client is a fast-growing insurtech company changing how people protect their homes. They’re building a claims team that puts customers first, and they’re looking for a hands-on claims specialist to help shape it. This is a chance to own claims from start to finish, improve how things work, and help build a claims function as the business scales.
Location: South London, Northern Line
Working pattern: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home, with flexible start and finish times

What you’ll be doing
- Running your own caseload of home insurance claims, from the first call through to final settlement, and getting customers the right result quickly
- Working with outsourced claims partners: reviewing the cases they upscale and holding them to high standards
- Improving response times and service levels by owning key claims processes, both internal and with partners
- Finding smarter, simpler ways of working that save time and improve customer outcomes
- Working with Product, Underwriting and Tech on projects that shape the claims journey as the business grows into new areas
What you’ll bring
- Experience handling personal lines claims, ideally home insurance
- Real pride in your technical knowledge, and enjoyment in guiding customers through what can be a stressful time
