FinTech Intel is looking for a creative and commercially aware Marketing Executive to support the delivery of campaigns across our global fintech portfolio. This role sits at the centre of our marketing and partnerships activity, helping to drive audience growth, engagement and lead generation across our awards, conferences and digital platforms. You will play a key role in executing multi-channel campaigns that not only promote our events but also deliver real value to our partners through increased visibility, brand positioning and measurable ROI. Working closely with the Partnerships team, you will help bring bespoke partner campaigns to life, ensuring we are supporting sales pipelines and creating meaningful touchpoints with our global audience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, website and paid channels
- Support the promotion of FinTech Intel’s global events portfolio across MENA, UK, EU, US and Asia
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to deliver integrated partner campaigns that drive lead generation and brand exposure
- Assist in the creation and delivery of bespoke marketing assets for sponsors and partners
- Manage and build email campaigns through our marketing platform, ensuring strong engagement and performance
- Maintain and update website content, including event pages, partner listings and news articles
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
- Support audience growth strategies, including database development and segmentation
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality output across all channels
- Assist with onsite event marketing activity where required

Candidate Requirements
- You are a proactive and detail‑oriented marketer looking to build your career in a fast‑paced, commercial environment
- You have experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, media or B2B sectors
- You have a good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social and web
- You are comfortable working with data and analysing campaign performance
- You have strong written and communication skills
- You are organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms would be advantageous
- An interest in fintech, financial services or technology is a plus
