FinTech Intel is seeking a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development and growth of high-value strategic relationships across our global portfolio. This is not a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for creating meaningful, long-term partnerships that deliver measurable value to our partners while strengthening FinTech Intel’s position as a market-leading media and events brand. You will work closely with leading financial institutions, technology providers and service firms to design bespoke partnership packages. These span awards, conferences, content and digital campaigns, all aimed at driving brand visibility, lead generation and tangible ROI. A core part of the role will be driving sponsorship across our international events portfolio, including MENA, UK, EU, US and Asia, giving partners access to a truly global fintech audience.
Duties include:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the global FinTech ecosystem, focusing on long-term value and retention
- Create and sell bespoke partnership solutions that integrate sponsorship, events, content and digital marketing
- Drive sponsorship revenue across FinTech Intel’s international portfolio, including MENA, UK, EU, US and Asia events
- Deliver partner-led campaigns that support sales funnels, lead generation and brand positioning
- Identify and secure new commercial opportunities with high-value organisations globally
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, understanding their objectives and aligning them with FinTech Intel offerings
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to deliver innovative and impactful partner campaigns
- Own and deliver against revenue targets across sponsorship, partnerships and associated products
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through CRM systems
- Ensure exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Contribute to the ongoing development of FinTech Intel’s partnership proposition and member benefits
At the same time, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting member benefits, ensuring our partners see FinTech Intel as a critical route to market, not just an events platform.
Candidate Requirements:
- You are a relationship-led commercial professional who understands how to create value beyond transactional sales
- You bring experience in partnerships, sponsorship, media, events or B2B sales, with a track record of building and growing client accounts
- You are confident selling integrated, multi-channel solutions across international markets
- You are proactive, ambitious and comfortable operating in a target-driven environment
- You have excellent communication skills and can engage senior stakeholders with credibility
- You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
- An interest in fintech, financial services or technology markets would be advantageous

- Profit related Annual Bonus
- Hybrid Working (3 days office)
- Bike to Work Scheme
