Your Role: Due to the scaling of our infrastructure and products, we are looking for an experienced DBA who can design, maintain, and evolve resilient, secure, and scalable data storage systems. This role requires close collaboration with development, DevOps, and information security teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Maintain and develop fault-tolerant solutions based on PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing
- Set up backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
- Contribute to data architecture design
- Configure monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR)
- Automate database operations using Python/Bash scripts and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Participate in incident investigations
- Collaborate with teams on data schema, migrations, and access controls
Who You Are:
- Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills

Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience administering relational and NoSQL databases

- Experience with MongoDB (data modeling, aggregation pipelines, backups)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, Aurora, monitoring, IAM)
- Excellent SQL skills and proficiency in Python or Bash
- Proven track record in building HA and DR solutions for critical systems
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with Redis or Cassandra is a plus
- Participation in PCI DSS, SOX, or GDPR compliance projects is an advantage
- Background in fintech or high-load OLTP systems is desirable
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments is a plus
