What You Will Be Doing:
- Build a learning system from scratch for business and IT roles in fintech
- Design an employee development system through career paths and competency frameworks
- Implement learning as a tool for closing performance gaps, not just as an educational initiative
- Launch and develop an LMS as a single point for learning and development
- Conduct training needs analysis together with the business and HR
- Build a system for measuring learning effectiveness (impact, metrics, connection to business results)

Your Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in L&D / Talent Development

- Experience working with diverse roles: business + IT
- Experience launching or developing an LMS
- Understanding of how competency frameworks, career paths, and learning journeys are built
- Experience in training needs analysis and working with stakeholders
- English — B2 or above
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech / banking / product companies
- Experience building learning in fast-growing environments
- Experience working with internal experts and developing internal expertise
