Your Role: We are seeking a highly collaborative IT Analyst to join our fast‑paced fintech delivery environment. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, system analysis, and agile execution, working closely with business leads, scrum teams, and product owners across value streams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑centric financial products.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Document and validate business requirements from stakeholders and product leads
- Analyze and map value streams, processes, and customer journeys
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform impact analysis, system behavior mapping, and interface design
- Prepare requirements, data contracts, and integration logic
- Engage with architects, developers, and QA for feasibility reviews
- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives
- Maintain up‑to‑date epics, stories, and documentation in JIRA/Confluence
- Support backlog grooming, refinement, and functional walkthroughs
- Assist with UAT planning and coordinate defect triaging and resolution
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator, able to liaise between business and technical stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, thriving in agile, cross‑functional environments
- Detail‑oriented and structured, with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Proactive and open to leveraging AI‑powered tools for automation, data analysis, and process optimization
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in combined Business Analyst / System Analyst roles, ideally in fintech or digital banking
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working directly with scrum teams
- Proven experience with API analysis, data mapping, and system interface specifications
- Hands‑on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/Postman
- Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML) and SQL for data validation
- Background in financial services (lending, KYC, onboarding, payments) is a plus
