What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement go-to-market and scaling strategies for new projects.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize activities across digital channels to align with business goals.
- Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and drive performance improvements.
- Coordinate user acquisition, social media, ASO/SEO, affiliate/partnerships, influencer campaigns, and brand activities.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: briefs, creative QA, media execution, and optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI; recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with UA, Affiliate, Creative, SEO, Product, and Dev teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches and feature promotion to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and localize campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.

- Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
- Proven experience with ASO, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, and reputation management.
- Proficient with mobile analytics and attribution tools (GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase).
- Experience with influencer marketing and community/engagement campaigns.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
