FINTEC recruit is seeking an Electronics Assembler for our engineering client. This is a permanent position, based in Midlothian, salary negotiable by experience, up to £26,500, plus benefits. This role is working Monday to Thursday - 7 a.m. to 16.20 p.m. 36 hours per week, with the additional bonus of having every Friday off.

Responsibilities:

  • Electronic assembler operating to high quality standards
  • Wiring up panels and connectors with solder and crimp joints
  • Forming wire looms/cables and soldering surface mount and conventional components to PCBs
  • Working to circuit diagrams, parts lists and assembly drawings.

Skills and Experience required for the Assembler role:

  • Previous experience of working in electronics production/assembly
  • Able to wire panels, soldering components to PCBs
  • Experience working to circuit diagrams.
