FINTEC recruit is seeking an IT Support Coordinator for our engineering client based at Westhill in Aberdeen. This is for 2 months, with the possibility of extension. Salary is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. & on Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
You will be delivering first-line helpdesk support and assisting with day-to-day operations. If you enjoy variety and being the go-to person for all things IT and admin, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:- Providing 1st line IT helpdesk support to internal staff
- Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and system issues
- Answering incoming calls and logging support tickets
- Ordering IT equipment and general materials for the business
- Supporting wider business administration and coordination tasks
- Solid experience in IT support/helpdesk or similar technical admin roles
- Confident with Microsoft Office, internal systems, and general troubleshooting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to assist across departments
