We’re hiring an Electrical Maintenance Operative to support a growing UK property portfolio across South Wales and the Midlands. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, keep sites safe and compliant, and help ensure facilities are well maintained.

About You
- Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition certification
- IPAF licence and full UK driving licence
- Confident working independently across multiple sites
