FINTEC recruit is seeking a Mechanical Fitter for a heavy engineering manufacturing client based central Scotland. This is a permanent role with salary circa £40,000. You will be required to be fully competent in hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, vibration analysts and alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking maintenance and preventative mechanical fitting work within a heavy engineering work environment.
  • Ensure reliability of equipment and that safe working practices are always adhered to
  • Completing log book and fully utilising systems within a fast moving FMCG environment

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum HNC in Mechanical discipline
  • Completed a four-year recognised apprenticeship (Essential)
  • Competency in hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, vibration analysis and alignment
