FINTEC recruit are seeking Telesales Executives on behalf of their client in the West Yorkshire area. Our client is expanding their B2B telesales team in Normanton and looking for 4 talented Telesales Executives to help drive growth. If you’re confident, target-driven, and passionate about building relationships, this could be the role for you. This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm with a salary of £25k + up to £10,000 OTE.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to drive sales.
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs to present effective solutions.
- Maximise revenue through upselling and developing the current account base.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and expand client reach.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, customer service, marketing, and operations to support account growth.
