FINTEC Recruit are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Field Service Engineer (Arcade Machines) on behalf of their client, covering Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and West London. Our client is expanding their engineering team and is looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to support multiple leisure and gaming venues. This is an excellent opportunity for a handsâon professional with strong electromechanical experience and a passion for delivering highâquality service.
This is a fullâtime permanent role, working 40 hours per week on a rotating rota:
- Week 1: Monday â Friday
- Week 2: Monday â Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
The role offers a competitive salary plus company car, pension, and commission.
Responsibilities- Carry out diagnostics, faultâfinding, and repairs on arcade and amusement machines.
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
- Install, configure, and test new machines onâsite.
- Ensure equipment meets health & safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records using reporting systems.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the arcade, amusement, or vending industry.
- Strong electromechanical faultâfinding and diagnostic skills, including PCBs and sensors.
- Good understanding of mechanical and digital systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customerâfacing communication skills.
- Selfâmotivated with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
