FINTEC Recruit are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Field Service Engineer (Arcade Machines) on behalf of their client, covering Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and West London. Our client is expanding their engineering team and is looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to support multiple leisure and gaming venues. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on professional with strong electromechanical experience and a passion for delivering high‐quality service.

This is a full‐time permanent role, working 40 hours per week on a rotating rota:

  • Week 1: Monday – Friday
  • Week 2: Monday – Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

The role offers a competitive salary plus company car, pension, and commission.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out diagnostics, fault‐finding, and repairs on arcade and amusement machines.
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
  • Install, configure, and test new machines on‐site.
  • Ensure equipment meets health & safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records using reporting systems.
Skills & Experience for the Role
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within the arcade, amusement, or vending industry.
  • Strong electromechanical fault‐finding and diagnostic skills, including PCBs and sensors.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and digital systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer‐facing communication skills.
  • Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
