  • Set up, maintain, calibrate and repair electronic and electro mechanical systems.

  • Diagnose and repair faults and performing tests.

  • Following technical manuals to ensure correct operation of systems.

  • Maintain service and calibration records.

  • Experienced electronic engineer / electronic technician / test engineer

  • Background in electronics, time served or equivalent, apprentice training or electronically qualified with HNC or HND

  • Experience of testing and fault finding to component level.

  • Able to read circuit and engineering drawings

  • Able to use measuring tools, multimeters etc

FINTEC recruit is seeking an Electronic Technician for our engineering client south of Edinburgh. This is a permanent position working 36 hours per week (4 x 9 hours), working 4 day week, Monday to Thursday and off every Friday. Salary up to circa £30,000 plus bonus and benefits
