The role
- Manage inbound SME funding enquiries from first contact to completion
- Match businesses with suitable lenders and structure funding solutions
- Negotiate terms, overcome objections and close deals
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Own your pipeline, conversion rates and revenue targets
What my client is looking for
- Proven experience in commercial finance brokerage or SME lending
- A strong track record of closing business finance deals
- Good knowledge of lending products and lender criteria
- Excellent telephone sales and negotiation skills
- Persistence, commercial judgement and a results-driven mindset
This is an experienced hire. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
