The role: We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to help drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with the broader investment community. This role is critical to articulating our growth story, engaging current and prospective investors, and supporting capital strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing due diligence processes, coupled with an established network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors. You will partner closely with the executive team to develop compelling narratives, prepare investor materials, and ensure transparent communication throughout the investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising
- MBA or CFA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising.
- Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes.
- Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
