Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on NMC Code.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team in NHS hospital wards or community settings.
- Administer medications safely and manage patient caseloads.
- Supervise junior staff and nursing students.
- Participate in clinical audits and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualification: KCSE (C+ and above) and KMTC Diploma/BSc.
- License: Valid NMC UK PIN is mandatory (We can guide on CBT/OSCE if not yet complete).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months post-registration experience.
- Language: IELTS (7.0) or OET (B) as required by NMC.
- Documents: NCK Good Standing, Police Clearance, and academic transcripts for NMC.
Salary: Band 5, £28,407 - £34,581 per annum (approx. KES 320,000 – 400,000/month pre-tax).
