We are recruiting qualified and passionate Occupational Therapists to join leading National Health Service (NHS) Trusts across the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs to help patients of all ages overcome challenges caused by illness, injury, or disability. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and environmental needs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' abilities to perform daily living and work activities.
  • Recommend and instruct in the use of adaptive equipment and modifications to home/work environments.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in line with professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate and support patients, family members, and caregivers.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities.

Mandatory Requirements for Applicants:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration and license with the Occupational Therapists Council of Kenya (OTCK).
  • Eligibility for registration with the UK’s Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-registration clinical experience.
  • A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance).
  • Medical fitness report from an approved clinic.
  • Strong English language communication skills (both written and verbal).
