Financial and Account Manager

We provide holistic financial solutions across mortgages, insurance, business finance, and estate planning, serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the UK.

We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Financial and Account Manager to support our growing operations by managing business relationships, financial coordination, and strategic growth initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage internal financial operations, adviser commissions, and business performance reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers, clients, and professional partners
• Support the Directors with planning, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives
• Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and financial data accuracy within the company CRM
• Monitor and reconcile adviser revenue performance and prepare financial summaries
• Assist in preparing management reports, forecasts, and key operational insights
• Liaise with lenders, insurers, and service partners to maintain efficient communication channels
• Coordinate between advisers, administrators, and business partners to ensure smooth workflows
• Identify new partnership opportunities and support internal training and process improvement

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, financial coordination, or business administration
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with clients and partners
• Understanding of financial products and services (mortgages, protection, or insurance) preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages (such as Hindi, Telugu, Marathi and Bangali, or other South Asian languages) will be an advantage due to our diverse client base.
