We are partnering with a multi-brand, fast-growing hospitality business operating a multi-site portfolio internationally. The business is known for strong brands, pace, and a commercial culture where finance is a true partner to operations.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation and presentation of P&Ls to senior management
  • Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
  • Balance sheet ownership including detailed reconciliations
  • Budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites
  • Variance analysis with clear commentary and recommendations
  • Working closely with operations and non-finance stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement of reporting and controls

Qualifications

  • Part qualified level ACA ACCA or CIMA
  • 2+ years' experience in a commercial finance or management accounting role
  • Proven multi-site experience ideally within hospitality retail or leisure
  • Strong understanding of P&L, cashflow and balance sheets
  • Confidence presenting financials to senior management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a commercial mindset
  • Experience with international location reporting desirable but not essential
