We are partnering with a multi-brand, fast-growing hospitality business operating a multi-site portfolio internationally. The business is known for strong brands, pace, and a commercial culture where finance is a true partner to operations.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and presentation of P&Ls to senior management
- Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Balance sheet ownership including detailed reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites
- Variance analysis with clear commentary and recommendations
- Working closely with operations and non-finance stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement of reporting and controls
Qualifications
- Part qualified level ACA ACCA or CIMA
- 2+ years' experience in a commercial finance or management accounting role
- Proven multi-site experience ideally within hospitality retail or leisure
- Strong understanding of P&L, cashflow and balance sheets
- Confidence presenting financials to senior management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a commercial mindset
- Experience with international location reporting desirable but not essential
