Finspire are proud to be partnering with a leading London based property business on the appointment of a Billing Services Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced billings professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes and ensuring customers receive accurate, transparent and timely billing. The business is one of London's leading providers of flexible workspace, supporting thousands of businesses across a well established portfolio of locations. It has a strong focus on customer service, community, sustainability and its commitment to becoming net zero carbon.

This role will play an important part in supporting the business across billing accuracy, energy data, tenant recharges, systems integrity and financial reconciliation. This is not just a standard billing role. The business needs someone who can understand the full billing lifecycle, manage data quality, resolve exceptions, support accurate customer charging and help improve the way billing processes operate across the portfolio.

Job Requirements:

  • Lead the Billing Services team on a day to day basis across the business
  • Manage, support and develop the existing team
  • Oversee the full billing lifecycle, from customer onboarding through to invoicing, collections and reconciliation
