Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Partnership Development and Sales professional at Finseta. The role involves managing strategic partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize business opportunities. The position is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility of some remote work.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Strategic Partnerships, and Sales capabilities
- Experience in developing and managing partnerships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise, and secure new partners across Corporate Service Providers, Legal, Accounting, Real Estate, Investment Brokers, and Financial Institutions
- Drive and manage the full partner onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Deliver against agreed performance targets, with regular reporting on progress and pipeline
- Grow existing partnerships and nurture corporate and HNW referrals.
Experience & Background
- Ideally some experience with outbound sales and cold calling
- Academic grounding in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of financial markets and the wider financial services landscape
