Now, we\’re scaling ourselves — and we\’re looking for an energetic Payments Partner Success & Onboarding Specialist to ensure every merchant enjoys a seamless journey from sign-up to success. ️ What You’ll Be Doing Merchant Onboarding → Guide new merchants through AML, KYC, KYB and acquirer onboarding → Act as the main contact point, keeping them informed, engaged & compliant → Keep momentum high with smart follow-ups and clear coordination Risk & Compliance Support → Review initial merchant applications → Flag high-risk activity (e.g,. restricted industries, vague ownership structures) → Help assess merchant suitability based on industry and transaction profiles CRM & Stakeholder Comms → Maintain accurate records – the CRM is our source of truth → Keep internal teams in the loop on all merchant status updates → Escalate blockers and collaborate across teams to move things forward Multi-Acquirer Support → Prepare documentation tailored to each acquirer → Coordinate onboarding tasks across multiple platforms → Track progress and clarify diverging acquirer requirements Continuous Learning → Take part in training to master gateway ops, compliance and onboarding → Stay up to date with risk policies, acquirer requirements & industry trends → Build knowledge to progress within our dynamic, growing team What You’ll Bring Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, or Tech 1–2 years\’ experience in onboarding, underwriting, compliance, or partnerships (ideally in eCommerce, payments, or fintech ) Excellent communicator – written, verbal, and interpersonal Confident working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities High energy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement Bring your creativity – we value fresh thinking and ideas Why Join Us?
