About the Role
Join a high-growth fintech platform revolutionising digital payments across the UK and Europe. As a Partner Manager , you\βll be part of a collaborative Operations team, helping key technology and platform partners get the most out of innovative payment solutions like:
- Card Processing
- Bank Payments
- Real-Time Payouts
You\βll own the partner journey from onboarding to long-term engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, satisfaction, and mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management & Commercial Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tech/platform partners
- Lead partner and client onboarding processes
- Act as the go-to contact for escalations and integration issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech Support for seamless implementations
- Support renewals and pricing discussions
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across partner accounts
- Monitor partner engagement and mitigate churn with data insights
Data & Reporting
- Produce dashboards and reports to track KPIs and payment performance
- Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Document integration workflows, support materials, and guides
Payment Knowledge & Compliance
- Develop a deep understanding of how payment products integrate with partner platforms
- Advise on optimisation strategies and operational best practices
- Ensure all activities comply with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other standards
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Enhance onboarding processes and scalability
- Share feedback from partners with internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and support GTM initiatives
What Youβll Bring
2+ years in partner operations, client support, or technical implementation
Fintech, SaaS, or financial services background preferred
Strong understanding of commercial/payment models and revenue flows
Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical docs
Skilled in Excel; experience with dashboards or data tools is a plus
Confident communicator with both technical and business audiences
Organised, detail-driven, and effective at juggling priorities
Experience in lending, insurance, or collections is a bonus
