Talent Acquisition – FinTech

Hybrid Role

Location: Dubai

FinTech startup with (true) high-growth plans – Teams being built and offices opening in most regions globally.

Seriously impressive leadership i.e. Led and founded marketing defining companies near unicorn status.

You'll be the first TA hire – A generalist role – building the function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

Full ownership of global hiring across every function. They need someone who can grow their team rapidly without compromising on quality, cultural alignment, or high standards.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping their global workforce – Securing top talent in every region where they operate. You’ll oversee the entire recruitment journey, work hand-in-hand with their senior leaders, and create a talent strategy and infrastructure that supports their expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to define roles, success profiles, and hiring needs across all departments.
  • Crafting and delivering sourcing strategies to engage exceptional talent across diverse geographies, including high-growth and emerging markets.
  • Managing the full recruitment process end-to-end — from job advertising and proactive outreach to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Introducing tools, systems, and processes that increase speed, efficiency, and insight in their hiring.
  • Ensuring all candidates have a world-class experience.
  • Advising on organisational structure and workforce planning to support their global growth.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics to maintain transparency and drive continuous improvement.
