Sitting at the heart of our business improvement activity, you'll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide the intelligence needed to make informed decisions. You'll be responsible for producing accurate and engaging performance reporting, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to timely, reliable information that helps them understand what's working well and where action is needed. Whether you're developing dashboards, analysing trends, benchmarking our performance or supporting strategic projects, you'll use your analytical skills to bring data to life and tell clear, compelling
stories. A key part of the role will be building strong relationships across the business. You'll take time to understand the challenges facing different teams and use data and insight to help solve problems, measure success and support continuous improvement.
