We are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our Accounts team based at FGS Global London. FGS Global is a leading global strategic communication consultancy operating in the main business hubs around the world. To help us grow our business and footprint, we are looking for the right candidate to provide an exceptional service to our fast-moving business.
Responsibilities
- Covering the UK region
- Completion of the UK Statutory Audit
- Completion of group and control Audits
- Month-end reporting, revenue and balance sheet
- SOX Compliance documentation preparation
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Tax workings and bookings
- Adherence to IFRS and knowledge of US GAAP
Candidate attributes
- Preferably BIG 4 trained
- 3+ years of Audit and Accounting experience
- ACCA & ACA qualified
- Organised and diligent
- Great communication with all levels of seniority
- Works great in a team
- Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong financial skills and understanding of business principles
- Netsuite, or other Oracle systems, experience desired but not necessary
- Good time management skills
