Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Group Business Support Team Manager and wider IT team to support and maintain key business systems across the Group, ensuring infrastructure and security solutions are operating effectively and kept up to date.
- Provide 3rd line support for infrastructure and security‑related issues, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems while working alongside third‑party support partners where required.
- Focus on cyber security compliance and awareness across all sites, driving best practice, supporting training activity, and maintaining security standards across the business.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure environments, including servers, cloud platforms, networking, and security technologies.
- Contribute to a variety of IT projects across the Group, supporting system improvements, upgrades, and implementations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- The role will also involve occasional travel to UK sites to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
