As an ATM, you’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring and optimising designated manufacturing assets to achieve performance, quality and waste targets while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, compliance and operational discipline. Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Reliability teams, you’ll support effective issue resolution, asset improvement and performance optimisation across production. You’ll play a key role in reducing downtime, improving OEE and driving continuous improvement through proactive problem solving, root cause analysis and the effective use of systems such as CMMS to record defects, breakdown trends and machine condition. You’ll also support changeovers, operational priorities and wider site performance objectives through disciplined execution and ownership.
