We have an opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our Commercial Team in Hamilton. Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer. Responsibilities
- The National Account Executive will work within the Grocery Channel supporting the Senior Business Manager in the day-to-day management of the account.
- The National Account Executive will be a key contact for external retail customers from an administrative perspective, including promotional and new product setup, running sales reports and responding to customer requests.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support customer sell-ins and new product development.
- Ensure effective communication and build strong relationships with individual members of the allocated Grocery retail accounts.
- Follow up on requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a National Account Executive or relevant sales role
- Experience with MS Office (e.g. Excel)
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
