This is what you’ll actually do! In this manual, fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operation, supporting the Assistant Shift Manager to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day will involve loading and unloading vehicles, physically handling and moving stock, and using handheld scanners to track and update materials accurately. You’ll put stock away and update locations in EFACS, pick items for work orders, and process goods from pick lists with precise, up-to-date paperwork. You’ll help maintain accurate stock levels through daily cycle counts using Infor M3 and Excel, ensuring full traceability and correct stock rotation. Throughout the shift, you’ll follow GMP and Health & Safety requirements, keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised through “clean as you go” practices. You’ll work closely with a friendly, supportive team — with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and progress as you grow in the role.
