The predicted salary is between 21150 - 25850 £ per year.
This is what you’ll actually do!
In this role, you willbe responsible forthe day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of production areas, equipment, and the factory floor.
You will follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards and ready for production.
You will carry out physical, hands-on hygiene duties, including deep cleaning tasks and shutdown cleans whererequired(training provided).
Some high-level and industrial cleaning may be involved depending on skills and training.
You will complete all hygiene and compliance paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring due diligence ismaintainedat all times.
You will work to tight schedules, follow safe systems of work, andmaintaingood housekeeping and “clean as you go” practices throughout your shift.
You will also work closely with your team, communicating effectively and supporting colleagues to meet hygiene targets whiledemonstratingcompany values at all times.

- Previoushygiene or industrial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments (advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a hands-on role
- Hard-working, reliable, and willing to put in the effortrequired
- Strong attention to detail with a conscientious approach
- Good communicationskills and a team-player mindset
- Able to work independently whenrequired
- Good timekeeping and attendance
