Finsbury Food Group in Scotland is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Lead – Quality. You will lead the quality function on your shift, ensuring food safety, product quality and manufacturing excellence across the Lees site in Coatbridge.
You will work with Technical, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to manage incidents, drive root-cause analyses and implement effective corrective actions while championing continuous improvement and audit readiness.
