This is what you'll actually do! You’ll work closely with the Group Business Support Team Manager and wider IT team to support and maintain key business systems across the Group, ensuring infrastructure and security solutions are operating effectively and kept up to date. You’ll provide 3rd line support for infrastructure and security-related issues, helping to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems while working alongside third-party support partners where required. A key focus of the role will be supporting cyber security compliance and awareness across all sites, helping to drive best practice, support training activity, and maintain security standards across the business. You’ll also support the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure environments, including servers, cloud platforms, networking, and security technologies. You’ll contribute to a variety of IT projects across the Group, supporting system improvements, upgrades, and implementations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The role will also involve occasional travel to UK sites to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
