We are looking for a Senior Group IT Business Support Partner to join our IT team and support the ongoing development, security, and performance of key business systems across Finsbury Food Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast‑paced and evolving IT function where you’ll play a key role in supporting infrastructure and cyber security across multiple UK sites.
Working closely with the wider IT support team and third‑party providers, you’ll help ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose while supporting continuous improvement and future‑focused technology projects. What you’ll actually do!
- You’ll work closely with the Group Business Support Team Manager and wider IT team to support and maintain key business systems across the Group, ensuring infrastructure and security solutions are operating effectively and kept up to date.
- You’ll provide 3rd line support for infrastructure and security‑related issues, helping to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems while working alongside third‑party support partners where required.
- A key focus of the role will be supporting cyber security compliance and awareness across all sites, helping to drive best practice, support training activity, and maintain security standards across the business.
- You’ll also support the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure environments, including servers, cloud platforms, networking, and security technologies.
- You’ll contribute to a variety of IT projects across the Group, supporting system improvements, upgrades, and implementations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- The role will also involve occasional travel to UK sites to provide onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, networks, or security environments
- Understanding of networking principles, security technologies, and cyber security risks
- Working knowledge of Windows Servers, virtual environments, and Azure Active Directory
- Exposure to cloud‑based platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to manage priorities and workload effectively
- Flexible and proactive approach to supporting the wider business
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to UK sites where required
