Our British operation includes a sales office and a distribution center in Birkenhead.

Your role : As Sales Executive, you will join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements.

Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential.

Responsibilities :

– Travel throughout UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

– Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements.

– Administer and manage customer accounts.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data.

– Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings.

– Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

– Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.

– Coordinate sales projects efficiently.

– Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

– Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training.

– Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business.

– Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.

– Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives.

– Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translate it to solutions to meet customer needs.

– Monitor financial & payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing.

– Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Key skills & Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).

– Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

– Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

– Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.

– Valid UK driving licence.

– Full availability to travel across the UK.
