Your role : As Sales Executive, you will join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements.
Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential.
Responsibilities :
β Travel throughout UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
β Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
β Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements.
β Administer and manage customer accounts.
β Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data.
β Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings.
β Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
β Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
β Coordinate sales projects efficiently.
β Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
β Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training.
β Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business.
β Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.
β Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives.
β Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translate it to solutions to meet customer needs.
β Monitor financial & payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing.
β Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events.
MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Key skills & Qualifications :
β Bachelorβs degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
β Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects.
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
β Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
β Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
β Valid UK driving licence.
β Full availability to travel across the UK.
