Large infrastructure business going through a major Oracle Fusion rollout. They’re looking for a qualified accountant to support delivery from a finance perspective.
You’ll sit between finance, IT, and the SI — making sure finance processes are properly reflected in the system and actually work in practice. This is a key role in getting the detail right and keeping things moving through to go-live.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translating finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) into how Fusion is configured
- Working closely with the SI to sense-check and refine system design
- Supporting and driving UAT — ensuring scenarios reflect real finance activity
- Picking up and resolving issues across process and system
- Working with finance teams to make sure they’re ready for go-live
- Acting as the day-to-day link between finance and the wider programme
What they’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working on ERP implementations (Fusion helpful, not essential)
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and controls
- Comfortable working with both finance and technical teams
- Someone hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work through detail at pace
