We’re currently partnering with a number of high-growth renewable energy, infrastructure and natural resources businesses looking to strengthen their FP&A and commercial finance capabilities. Many are undergoing significant growth, international expansion, new project development or institutional investment activity. As a result, we are keen to engage with high-calibre FP&A professionals looking to step into commercially focused roles with genuine exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision making and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Project and asset performance analysis
  • Board and investor reporting packs
  • Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives and investment decisions
  • Cash flow forecasting and performance tracking
  • Process improvement and reporting enhancement projects
  • Presenting financial insights to senior leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

  • A foundation within Big 4 or Top 10 practice environments
  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, transaction services or strategic finance
  • Exposure to energy, renewables, infrastructure, mining or capital-intensive industries is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • The ability to communicate financial information in a commercially meaningful way
