Our client, a powerhouse in the natural resources space, is seeking an FP&A Analyst who can bridge the gap between on-the-ground performance and boardroom decision-making. The FP&A Analyst will be turning operational inputs into strategic insights that influence senior leaders across regions. It’s a high-impact role, ideal for someone commercially minded, analytically sharp, and confident working across both central finance and operational sites.
Role Highlights
- Analyse budgets, forecasts and plans, incorporating scenario and sensitivity modelling
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and board-level performance packs
- Review monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts and KPIs
- Act as finance liaison to site operations, advising on cost, capex and trend drivers
- Lead quarterly forecast and planning sessions with senior leaders across departments
You Will Need
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Confidence translating complex data for both site-level and head office teams
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort managing large data sets
- Previous experience within natural resources, energy, infrastructure or similarly capital-intensive industries
