Our client is a high-growth, PE-backed renewables business playing a key role in accelerating the UK’s transition to cleaner energy.

The Financial Controller will:

  • Own monthly management accounts and tighten the month‑end close cycle
  • Prepare statutory accounts under FRS 102 and coordinate year‑end audits
  • Oversee corporate tax filings and liaise with external advisers
  • Ensure accuracy of intercompany reconciliations and group reporting
  • Strengthen internal controls and support finance system improvements

You Will Need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and strong hands‑on technical accounting skills
  • Proven experience across statutory reporting, tax, and intercompany balances
  • Confidence working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • A proactive mindset; someone who can spot issues and take ownership quickly
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
