The Finance Manager will take ownership of financial operations, lead audit coordination, and provide decision‑making insight during a key maternity cover period.

The Finance Manager will…

  • Oversee monthly group reporting, preparing management accounts and insightful variance analysis
  • Lead technical accounting work including FRS102 application, year‑end statements, and compliance
  • Manage audits end‑to‑end and maintain strong external relationships with auditors
  • Supervise accounts payable and debt collection to protect cash flow and ensure robust controls
  • Support capital projects and financial modelling for new developments and investments

You will need…

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience) with 2–4 years PQE
  • Deep FRS102 knowledge and month‑end / audit experience
  • Natural leadership ability with proven line management experience
  • A hands‑on, ownership mindset and high attention to detail
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and enthusiasm for automation tools
