As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing client engagements, overseeing transaction processes, and gaining exposure to all aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this position, you will work closely with senior team members, contributing to the successful execution of transactions, producing high-quality client deliverables, and guiding junior team members. The role offers the unique opportunity to be involved in every stage of the M&A process, while furthering your expertise in corporate finance. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Project Oversight Take responsibility for specific aspects of transaction projects, actively participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions on business strategy and commercial considerations. Ensure effective risk management across all assignments, adhering to firm policies and the terms of client engagements. Draft and refine key documents such as business plans, financial forecasts, and information memoranda, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Transaction Execution Work closely with senior colleagues to manage the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring deadlines are met and resolving issues as they arise. Develop and review critical transaction documents, including financial models, Heads of Terms, and other supporting materials. Provide guidance and clear instructions to junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their development. Exposure to M&A Gain practical experience across all phases of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, valuations, due diligence, negotiations, and completion. Contribute to the identification of acquisition targets and develop strategic recommendations for clients. Collaborate with senior team members to address client-specific needs and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a corporate finance role, with a strong track record in transaction execution. Familiarity with a variety of transaction types and a keen interest in M&A. Skills & Competencies Strong financial and numerical skills, with proficiency in analysing financial statements and creating robust financial models. Excellent ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Confident communicator, skilled in discussing complex financial and strategic matters with clients.
